MAGIC KIDS

MAGIC KIDS (2020) a really fun animation piece with a cut-out paper feel. We wanted to explore a child’s imagination with a simple magic box that can be transformed into anything, freely without limit. We decided we wanted this piece to be loop-able for social media platforms. The piece started from an idea mocked up in-house, from there we thumbnailed out a storyboard and soon went straight to penciled roughs to block-ins. After we finished block-ins, the crew decided to compose some twinkly music (one of our favorite types)! After we finished composing the looped piece, we took the piece from effects-phase to finals. Super neat experience!
